Because AMWC is a mutually-owned water utility, its shareholders or their authorized agents are required to receive the bills and manage their account options.

The Online Bill Pay system is restricted to shareholders only. Tenants will receive paper bills and can pay their bills online using the Quick Pay option.

Shareholders/authorized agents may sign up for an online account by clicking the Sign Up button on this page or calling our office at (805) 466-2428 during business hours.

 

Once registration is complete shareholders/authorized agents will be able to login here where they may:

• View or print water bills

• Enroll in e-billing

• Suppress paper billing

• Set up automatic payments using a credit or debit card

• View transaction and usage history
